Dr. Elkeeb completed her dermatology residency at the University of California, Irvine. During residency, Dr. Elkeeb was fortunate to train with nationally recognized and world renowned experts in surgical, laser, and cosmetic dermatology. California, Dr. McNeill completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, San Diego, majoring in Chemistry. She completed both her M. D. and Ph. D. degrees under the Medical Scientist Training Program fellowship at the University of California, Irvine, sponsored by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Her Ph. D. is in Pharmacology.
