Hospital. A graduate from Pennsylvania State University and Temple University School of Medicine, his general surgery residency was obtained at Episcopal Hospital and his urology residency at Episcopal and Temple University Hospitals. Serving in the U. S. Army Medical Corp at Walson Army Hospital he worked as a practicing urologist. He attained his Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration through Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Bollinger is the founder and president of the Paoli Memorial Hospital chapters of Impotence Anonymous and the Prostate Cancer Support Group
